At UNTAM3D, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and a seamless customer experience. Due to the nature of our formulations and fast shipping process, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order is placed.
However,we do provide refunds or exchanges in cases where a product is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Not as described
- Incorrectly delivered
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed at checkout. Please review your cart carefully before placing an order. We do not charge cancellation fees, in line with Rule 4(8) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
If UNTAM3D cancels your order (for example, due to stock unavailability), a full refund is issued automatically.
Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable across two delivery attempts, the order is treated as fulfilled. No refund will be issued in such cases.
For prepaid orders, refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation request. Refunds will not be processed for orders where delivery was refused or failed due to customer absence or refusal.

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with tags intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories (e.g., opened skincare jars, sheet masks, or tampered packaging) are non-returnable unless defective or wrong.
How to Initiate:

Email ask@untamed.in within 7 days of delivery with your:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Reason for refund or exchange
- Our customer support team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

If approved, we will send you return instructions along with a ticket number to track your case.
- After we receive and inspect the product:

A refund will be initiated (if eligible), or

A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.
Shipping Charges

If the refund or exchange is due to defect, damage, or incorrect product, UNTAM3D will bear all return shipping costs.
- For all other valid exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refund Timelines
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
