    This website and/or mobile application untam3d is owned and operated by Abinitio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“ASPL”). At ASPL we recognize the importance of protecting your Personal Information, and will process any data/information collected from you in a fair and reasonable manner and ensure your privacy is maintained at all times.

    This Privacy Policy is applied to Personal Information (as defined herein below) collected, processed and used by ASPL through this Platform.

    This Privacy Policy is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP”). Please take a moment to read our Privacy Policy carefully.

    ASPL use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    ASPL evolve complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    We limit the use of data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.

    3.1. We do not allow the transfer of data, except:

    a. To provide or improve your appropriate access or user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface and only with the user's consent.

    b. For security purposes (for example, investigating abuse).

    c. To comply with applicable laws.

    3.2. We don't allow humans to read the data, unless:

    a. It is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating a bug or abuse).

    b. It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or

    c. The data (including derivations) is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other jurisdictional legal requirements.

  4. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

    Your information is divided into 3 (three) distinct categories: Personal Information (“PI”), Pseudonymised Data (“PD”), and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”), (PI, PD and SPDI hereinafter collectively referred to as “Data”) (Only PI & SPDI to be collectively referred as “PSD”).

    Definition of PI, PD and SPDI are given below: -

    a. PI: Information which helps in identifying a person, such as name, address, IP address, mobile number etc.

    b. PD: Pseudonymised Data is Personal Information that's been altered by giving an anonymous tag to it, so that it can't be directly linked to an individual without additional information. It helps protect your privacy while allowing us to analyse and research.

    c. SPDI: Personal Information which is more sensitive and requires higher degree of protection, such as password, financial information (such as bank account, credit card, debit card, payment instrument details), physical, physiological, and mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records and history and biometric information, and all such information mentioned in the CV (curriculum vitae).

  5. OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU USE OUR PLATFORM:

    In addition, the Platform may collect certain non-personal information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your unique device identity, the internet protocol address of your device, your operating system, the type of internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Platform.     You may submit your own comments, learning notes, keywords, tags, reviews and other similar information on the Platform (“User Contents”) which are visible for other users also. We reserve the right to store, process and use the User Contents that are visible to other users in anonymous form after the deletion of your user account also.

  8. WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

Furthermore, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, ASPL explicitly assures that no user data, encompassing both Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information, is shared with any third-party artificial intelligence (AI) tools or AI models.

  10. HOW SAFE IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH US?

    We have in place appropriate technical and organisational measures (that can be reviewed and approved by the User at the User’s request) to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Information and against accidental loss, destruction, damage to Personal Information.

    The protection we provide is appropriate to the harm that might result from the unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction or damage and the nature of the data to be protected, having regard to the state of technological development and the cost of implementing any measures (those measures may include, where appropriate, pseudonymising and encrypting, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of its systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to Personal Information can be restored in a timely manner after an data breach incident). We understand the importance of providing you with the necessary information about how your PSD is being processed and your rights as a user. You have the right to request confirmation from us about where and how we are processing any of your PSD.

    2. Right to rectification
    At ASPL, we believe that your PSD must have the capacity to get altered and rectify, and with this changing digital world of internet, it gets even more crucial for you to be keep your information updated all the time. You have the right to request that our Company shall correct any PSD you believe to be is inaccurate. You have the right to request us to complete the PSD you believe is incomplete.

    3. Right to erasure
    As a user, you have the right to request the erasure of your PSD from our records. We will comply with this request, provided there are no legal or legitimate reasons for us to retain the PSD. To exercise this right, please contact our DPO.

    4. Right to object to processing
    You have the right to object to the processing of your Data by us. This includes any processing activities based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. We will cease processing your Data unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue or if required by law.

    5. Right of grievance redressal
    You have the right to approach us for any issues regarding how ASPL is performing its obligation in securing your PSD. For any inquiries you can e-mail us on ask@untamed.in , your issue will be resolved within 10 (ten) working days. The subject of the email should be “Grievance Redressal” regarding PSD.

    6. Right to data portability
    You have the right to request the portability of your PSD held by us. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of your PSD in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This enables you to transfer your PSD to another fiduciary.

    7. Right to Nomination
    You possess the right to nominate a third party, who will have the absolute ownership of, and rights related to your PSD in the event of your death or you become of unsound mind while acting as the owner of the PSD which we retain.
